Kregger Floors does quality work, but the office staff is unreliable and very unprofessional (especially Sam Kregger, son of the owner). Sam is in charge of the office while his father, Paul, who is the owner, is out taking measurements. Paul is an honorable man and is very trustworthy, but I can't say the same about Sam. I've bee needing some repair work done on my baseboards which were installed several years ago. Ii have waited over 2 months for these repairs and Sam would say we'll be there next week and this never happe... read more
Worst experience I have ever had with a contractor! Ordered carpet, they were changing our agreement, before they came out asking for more money. Rude, interrupted me so many times I couldn't talk, not to mention told me I didn't know what I was talking about and called me a liar. Would not recommend! You would be better off using Home Depot down the street.
