We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Kuhn Flooring! Everything from start to finish…from our sales rep Pele, through the installation process and follow up. We appreciate the installers’ cleanliness and meticulousness. We had our baseboards removed and reinstalled and they did them very carefully and none were damaged in the process! We looked around and compared prices, and Kuhn’s pricing is very competitive! We’re a bit difficult to please and I have to say Kuhn Flooring met our expectations and beyond.
We recently worked with Kuhn Flooring on a floor remodel for all of our bedrooms. Kuhn had a nice selection of tile plank flooring and we decided to install tile planks. Our contact person was Pele. Pele did a great job communicating and responding back very quickly to any questions we had. He even responded on weekends! The installers did a great job with the tile, and cleaning up after. Minimal grout haze. I would recommend Kuhn and Pele as your rep!
Absolutely the best flooring company out there!!! Lets start by a superb customer service and amazing attention by Bradley! Would buy anything he sales, honest, hard working, follows thru on everything he promises. This company is outstanding timeframe given was early by week and a half, my whole house including moving all my furniture was done in a day and a half, they left it ready and clean.
