We had a wonderful experience! We needed new indoor-outdoor carpeting for our screened porch, and everyone was helpful, personable and friendly. From Chesney and Tim who worked with us to pick out colors and place the order, Leon who came out to measure, and the two brothers who installed the carpet, the process was seamless. And the service was fast: we placed the order on a Wednesday, and it was installed the following Monday. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Leicester to others.

We had new engineered wood floors installed by Leicester Flooring last fall, and have been completely happy with them ever since. Everyone at the showroom was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and we felt welcome the moment we walked in the door. The installation crew was very professional, and did a remarkable job.
