Poor quality work and poor customer service. I paid $4,600 by debit card and $150 in cash and was told by the manager that I did not pay AT ALL! Which is a complete lie and defamation of my character. The areas that were completed 5 months ago have been falling apart since. This company can not replace sub floors. To express the least, I a lm disappointed, I should have hired professional licensed floor contractors.
