Got a measurement done. Picked out old stock they had in store, was quoted $2300.00. Shopped around got a lot better quality carpet for $700 yes $700 less. I was ready to pay $2050 for the job but no response from them. Thank you for forcing me to do my homework.
I Called and asked to order a touch up kit for my new Hallmark wood floors and was told “no, there is no demand for that. I will not order you one” So I had to contact Hallmark directly and was told by them, that any store who distributes Hallmark flooring can order one or any amount of touch up kits. This particular person was extremely unhelpful to me and we will absolutely not be purchasing any of our future flooring from this business.
