no respect If you are looking to get hardwood flooring for a new house, I suggest you get it elsewhere. One of the things that I noticed was that they dont even care about your house. The salesman who came in to measure our floors walked right through with his dirty boots, instead of realizing that all 4 of us had our shoes off (as in asian custom) by the door. I was about to say something, but instead I just decided to pick a different contractor.

Terrible!! Terrible experience! My antique furniture was damaged (they said they didn't do it though it was perfect before they got there-just because it's obviously old doesn't mean it wasn't previously in great condition!) the floor was improperly installed and it did not arrive on time. Do your research before selecting!

A horrific experience! This is to warn other unsuspecting consumers! I called to tell Lone Star the floor was defective before a yr had gone by& though it took them several mths before they'd even talk(I had to be very persistent; they never called me)The warranty on the floor was 25yrs, yes the 1 they said was expired only mths after it had been installed! I found a warr slip in 1 of the boxes, as I was PAYING ANOTHER CO. TO MAKE REPAIRS which Lone Star refused to acknowledge. I wish I would've seen reviews 1st, I'm trying ... read more
