I think the sales are great in getting started. Large projects, they do a poor job in managing the work and quality. We had major issues and they did not rectify it well. In the end, it left the company blaming us for their inadequacy and inefficiency. So be cautious but good products. Rick Smith Purcellville VA
Super disappointed. Our floors and stair carpet were scheduled to be completed same day as stated by the estimator Keith. Carpet is now scheduled for the following day, but also informed the wrong color carpet was ordered and we will have to wait another week for it to arrive. This is not at all the customer service we expected for our investment. To top it all off, our salesperson is on vacation and other are trying to piece notes together in his file. LVF came to my house to install engineered hardwood flooring. On 3:30 PM on the second day, they ran out of wood. Really. I had to find out when I came to check on the work! I called the company, they are very apologetic but said mistakes happen because they are human. That's the answer. Professional flooring company runs out of wood. When I wake up every morning and walk on the creaky floors installed by Loudoun Valley Floors it reminds me of what a bad experience it was working with this company. The crew was difficult to work with. Extremely messy. When it was time to put the fridge back into place the crew slide the fridge sideways and put ruts into the freshly installed hardwood. When the came back to replace the damage from day one they couldn't reinstall the damaged pieces properly. I would never work with this company again.
Very disappointed with this location. I came in a few months ago to find some LVT for my house. After picking out the LVT we wanted, we found that the price was cheaper online. Our sales rep assured us they could price match and that he would contact us back. He did not contact us after 2 weeks. I came back to the store but my sales rep was out. Good luck getting a response....We visited the showroom to select a floor that we liked and scheduled a time for someone to come measure our square footage. We received an estimate that was slightly over our budget, we asked the sale rep if there were other options that would align more closely with our budget. We are still waiting for a return phone call and email - both have not been returned. Terrible customer service and just plain rude. I will take my business elsewhere.
