Helped us make a good selection We replaced our carpets on the stairs and upstairs area of our home. We wanted a patterned carpet on the stairs and a solid matching color upstairs. Grant and Kristin helped us make a good selection for both and arranged for the installation.
He was professional and also courteous. This week MAC Flooting did my wood entry and powder room and it looks amazing! My salesperson, Rick, listened to what I wanted, was very quick in setting up an appointment to meet with me. He made great recommendations and the price was in my budget Tobin, the installer, did a fantastic job. You are to be commended for having talented employees like Tobin who take pride in doing their craft and it shows their completed work.
I would highly recommend MAC Flooring. The selection process and measuring was a lot easier than expected. Rick answered all questions and offered great suggestions. The installation was scheduled and occurred as promised. The last time I had carpet installed it took 2 days. MAC's install team completed a quality installation in 1 day! They were professional, careful with moving furniture and making sure I was satisfied before they departed. I would highly recommend MAC Flooring.

I had an excellent experience with MAC Flooring, Inc. I had an excellent experience with MAC Flooring, Inc. They replaced our carpet with laminate flooring on the first floor. The customer service representative, installation crew, pricing, and product selection were all great.
I would recommend their service. The installation crew went above and beyond in the installation. They were friendly, very neat, and thorough. They even helped us reroute a television cable in the room so it would be hidden, for no extra charge. Everything about their service was a hit. I called them back a second time to do another room, and am getting ready to do a third part of the house soon. I would recommend their service.
