Terrible customer service. The lady was rude and not helpful at all. Very short personality
The worst experience again, after purchasing a couch that ended up being defective we fought with you to have it replaced after you finally agreed and we waited almost three months for delivery the guys showed up with no notation that they were supposed to take the defective one back and then customer service had the nerve to tell us that so sorry someone again made a mistake but they need the defective couch back and once again I was supposed to be inconvenienced and wait home during their delivery window for them to come b... read more
Ordered a bedroom set, living room set and rug the first of September. This week alone the order has been pushed back 7 times. After speaking to the manager, he said with the exemption of the ottoman, it would all be delivered on Sunday. Except today got a email that the dresser is now expected in mid December. Don't buy furniture from here if you actually ever want to have it.
I must say though I love the recliner couch set that I bought I found the Macy's administration is completely idiotic. Beautiful furniture. Wonderful sales and delivery persons and experiences. However it took 3 phone calls since the day of purchase, 3/21/2015 and I still couldn't get my Macy's card mailed to me. 3 phone calls in over 6 weeks of time to obtain the Macy's card that has already been approved and the bill.
