I bought a sofa nov 10. I was told my sofa would be delivered by the end of November so i would have it for an event at my home by Dec 5. It was finally ready to deliver by Dec 1 but the earliest delivery is Dec 6 (one day after i need it by). I have never heard of a furniture company take a week to deliver something once it's available to ship. They said their trucks were already filled for the entire week and unable to accommodate my delivery date. So i just waited a month to get a sofa and i get it 1 day late. Horrible ex... read more
