One of the managers, Michael, is amazing! I had been trying to track down a specific Michael Kors purse and this location had the last two in the US, according to corporate. I live in Minnesota and figured it was worth a shot to call and see what could be done. Michael shipped both purses to my home in Minnesota, he even tracked down the tracking information for me a few days after ordering when I was worried they were lost in the mail. Lady behind the counter was very friendly and accommodating Couldn’t find the exactly what I was looking for. She was so very helpful checking other stores which none was found. Then she tried mixing n matching and she cane up with a very close substitution. She took her time while explaining what she was doing.
