We had a new door wall installed recently. The crew did a very good job. They were professional and courteous. The crew chief was ******. There was an issue with the locking mechanism. The Magic **** ***** just came out for the follow up visit. She analyzed the problem and was able to determine what needed to be done in addition to having the mechanism replaced. We appreciated what she did and made sure we were totally satisfied. Thank you Magic Windows ( ****** **) for the installation and the follow up process.
