RecommendedCan’t say enough about this company. Had to change our initial appointment 3 different times and they were understanding and accommodating. We needed carpets installed quickly and they completed the job 5 days after measuring the rooms. Very pleased with the end result. Definitely recommend!

I prefer to deal with a small business rather then the Home Depot’s and such alike. A friend of mine recommended Massud & Son’s. Joe was very polite and understood what I was looking for. When they arrived at my house the workers were fast, polite and did a great job. I’ll be doing business with this company in the future. And the price was reasonable for the work that was done! Their customer service is top notch! I submitted a request online for a quote and heard back from them only a couple hours later. We visited the store, per their recommendation, to see samples and they were excellent in helping us pick out the right materials for the areas we needed. They were on time for everything - from the appointment to measure to the day of installation. The crew installing the floors were also very professional and friendly. After a terrible experience with empire flooring giving me the runaround for over two months, I called Massud. Should have called them first. Joe was at my houses within 30 minutes, the floor was installed two days later - two separate rooms. I am so grateful for their craftsmanship, work ethic, and dedication to getting my floors done. Oh - and they’re BEAUTIFUL.
