RecommendedKevin from Michael's Wholesale Flooring is so helpful with excellent customer service. We bought whole house carpeting from them which is beautiful. The installation and communication with them is outstanding. When we later had water damage, Kevin immediately worked hard to make sure we get our replacement carpet as quickly as possible. So glad I didn't use a big box store!!!

After canceling my carpet order from a previous "big" store, I came to Michael's and was immediately helped with carpet selection, and it took only 15 min. The carpet for my entire upstairs was completely installed within 3 days. The installers were punctual, professional, and courteous. That experience was so great, I went back for another room of carpet, and for tile for kitchen, bath, and laundry. Shane Graham at Michael's flooring was stellar in guiding us to what we wanted - we did a full house install ; hardwood downstairs & carpet upstairs . Tommy & his install crew were phenomenal- job completed in 4 full days . They were very professional ~ organized, paid attention to detail and very careful with moving our furniture with no damages.
