Bill at Millcreek Carpet and Tile went to significant lengths to obtain a small supply of a discontinued LVT flooring material for us. This allows us to add a basement bathroom that has flooring matching our family room. Although we have not been previous customers of Millcreek, he did not hesitate to research availability of the product and arrange for shipment. This level of customer service will definitely encourage us to use Millcreek in the future. Thank you Millcreek.
Mary was great to work with and carpet installers, Robert and Aaron did a wonderful job.
They were wonderful. Very knowledgeable, helpful and informative. They were also very accommodating.
We love the tile. We had a small job, guest bathroom (floor only). The installer that came to our house was very polite and conscientious. He arrived early on a Friday and came back early on Saturday to do the grout. Looks nice!
