RecommendedJust ordered floors for the whole house. Jane Zimmerman was awesome and I totally recommend you see her if new floors or carpet is in your future.
We had carpeting ordered through Millers and it arrived with a flaw in it from the manufacturer, twice. Miller’s made a huge effort to make things right for us both with the correct carpet (which is beautiful) and financially through the manufacturer. They could have done so much less but didn’t stop at “good enough”. Great experience with customer service!
I had a room carpeted recently and was exceptionally pleased!! Megan was so helpful and patient helping me pick out my carpet. The man who measured was prompt, polite and very knowledgeable. The installers, one was Saul, were super! They were so professional and such hard workers, getting the job done in 2 1/2 hours. They left no mess behind, just a beautiful room ready to live in! I would highly recommend Miller's!
We have purchased flooring from Millers twice now. I just had my bathroom flood my whole house and called Millers. Lindsey is amazing! She was awesome about explaining what I should look floor, she ran around scrambling to find me something in my price range and been sent me texts of the pictures! Outstanding customer service! Thanks so much for the peace of mind! You guys rock!
We recently purchased new carpet for our living room & bedroom and some vinyl tile for our bathroom & entry way. Their prices couldn't be beat and the installation was fantastic!!! Everybody (the sales person, the gentleman that came out to take our official measurements, and the installer) was very friendly, very helpful, and very informative!!! We will definitely do business with them again!!!
