Beware of After the Handshake Purchased an entire living room set; couch, love seat, rocker and entertainment center. Spent $2,000 with them. Delivery was promised within 10 days. When I called 14 days later. They were waiting for a piece of furniture to be delivered to them. Did they bother to call and communicate the delay? NO! The piece they had sold to me, they sold to someone else, who they obviously valued...
