All around great service. From the initial sales call to installation, we felt very comfortable and very pleased. Mark visited our home and explained everything in detail. He took the time to get to know us and pretty much knew exactly what we really needed. We had a ton of pricing options and didn't feel pressured into anything. The installers were on time, friendly, and efficient. We were 100% satisfied and will continue to use Molyneaux for the rest of our home. Highly recommended!

We solicited bids from a few flooring companies and found Molyneaux to be competitive in price (comparing apples to apples). I recently moved into a new place and the carpet was destroyed by the previous owners. I had pulled the old carpet up along with the padding. I had gone to a few different carpet stores, but didn't find what I wanted, a friend suggested Molyneaux, she said that she was pleased with their carpet. Outstanding Salesman, Customer Service and extremely professional and friendly installation. Asked to be contacted if there were any cancellations and did get a call and the job was completed in under a week - I was elated. No mess, no fuss, absolutely no inconvenience. I would definitely refer this business without hesitation.

Unfair practice of misrepresenting flooring and return policy of outrageous charge fee unlike other vendors
Poor quality product. Poor communication. Regret using this company and would not recommend it to anyone
Molyneaux initially sent sub contractors to the house that did not complete the work. They said they were coming back, and did not. I had to call Molyneaux, and have them complete the work. They did not have the company name on the initial contractors vehicles that came on their behalf. They came back 3 times for work that was not completed properly for a 5x8 area in the bathroom.
