I was very pleased with my full experience from Molyneaux. The sales people were very knowledgable and friendly from the begining. They were very helpful and not pushy, allowing you as the customer to make your decision. Once the carpet was purchased, the carpet arrived in a timely manner. The carpet installers were also very friendly and completed the whole process in less than a day.
From the moment we entered the monaca store til the cleanup after installation we found the experience to be pleasant and rewarding. In todays retailing world there there is very little service especially with an experienced sales agent. Not so with molyneaux. the salesperson knew his carpeting and was more than patient and happy to share this knowledge with us. We were very satisfied with our Molyneaux experience and our new carpet. After looking at carpeting at one of the local big box stores it was refreshing to visit a store that has a sales person who knew what they were talking about. The installation went smoothly. The installers were courteous and professional.
I cant say enough about the service we received ,when we had our new carpeting installed.Everyone worked quickly and professionally.From beginning to end it was a very pleasant experience.Will absolutely recommend you to family and friends!!I Ive been telling everyone how very pleased we are with Molyneauxs. You would never know there were any seams in the rooms(and people actually looked for them and could not find them.).Would I do it all over again?In a heartbeat!
We are very glad that we chose Molyneaux. Our agent came to our house and was very friendly and helpful. The installers did a great job and the price was right. We would highly recommend using this company. The carpet looks great and it only took an hour to do the job. They are very fast and efficient. :) Very happy!
We visited the Molyneaux Carpet store in Monaca and Kevin Duffy waited on us. He brought samples to us two days later. The samples we picked werent quite right but fortunately Kevin thought to bring other samples with him. We had our new carpet installed on 12/15/10. Its just perfect! We couldnt be happier with the quality, color, texture, and professional installation. We are now enjoying our beautiful room. We certainly recommend Molyneaux and their employees. We just got our new carpet installed on 12/8/10.Let me just say it turned out beautifully. The colorwas just perfect. And, the men who did the installingwere so professional and great. I had a pretty good experience with Molyneaux. I would definitely choose to business with them again in the future. Three weeks for delivery seemed a bit long, but it was well worth the wait. The carpet is amazingly soft! The installation guys were friendly and efficient in laying the carpet in a timely fashion. My only complaint is that I am going to have to re-paint the bottoms of the walls in the room where the carpet was laid. We got our carpet installed 4 days ago and it looks wonderful. Softer and more plush than we thought it was going to be. The salesman, Kevin, was very helpful. He brought even more samples to our home than we requested. The installers were polite, very professional and neat. They even vacuumed when they were done. They were a little late due to traffic but called to let us know they were on their way. This was our first experience with Molyneaux. We will definitely be returning in the future.
