I'm updating my review- staff has redeemed themself! And they have done a fantastic job getting my husband to sleep which was really needed. Staff has been great since the insurance issue. I believe it was a learning curve that has been corrected. I gave one star because the appliance absolutely does do the job to stop snoring for my husband.
