I gave one star because the appliance absolutely does to the job to stop snoring for my husband. Don't be fooled by all the staff reviews - Although Dr. Dunwody is nice, Ruth, the office manager does not follow through with insurance, appears to not understand required documentation when making claims and even after repeated calls and an email has not followed through with an insurance request for medical necessity documentation after 6 weeks.
