My mom was a resident for 2 1/2 years. The care she received on the 1st floor in Memory care was decent. But once she ran out of funds and had to apply for Medicaid, they made her move up to Long term care on the 3rd floor. Her care was poor. It was a constant battle to get the aides to keep her dry and clean. She began falling on a weekly basis. No no make sure u observe everything and one. Would not recommend
The place is disgusting. The cooks are cooking with their hands, there is a bad case of roaches, the kitchen in each floor is health hazard. Management is very poor and the nurses treat everyone like crap, wouldn’t recommend sending your people here or working, isn’t worth the money at all.
I would not recommend the Skilled Nursing Facility. It is poorly ran and like the other reviewer said its a circus, actually worse than a circus.
1 star!! Am sorry, but this place is a cartoon! Everything that looks pretty and just lovely...well, its NOT! Poorly run; after 6 months, my 90 year old Mother was so relieved to exit this nightmare on Broad Street. I advised that you look elsewhere! Thanking God we are gone.🙌 fyi was charging us $11,000.00 per month private pay...crazy!
RecommendedI’ve spent quite a bit of time visiting with family at three other nursing home/rehab centers in Columbus. Now that I’ve spent three weeks at Mother Angeline McCrory Manor, I can sincerely say that the care and attention I’ve received from the nurses, aides and therapists at Mother Angeline McCrory’s is outstanding compared with the others. Definitely a five star ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ organization with top quality, caring employees and management.
I think mother got good care - we were fortunate to have special love and affection from Sister Maureen, and Sister James, and Sister Winfred as well as Sister Anne and the absolute best of care from the aides and nurses most especially Sunny and Mamu and of course Jessie - my beautiful Susie and Barb at the front desk - but we never heard another word from anyone after mom passed away - and that makes me sad - there is such a void, such a change in daily habits, missing those people who were a part of my life each and every... read more
