We did a bit of research before going with Murphy's flooring and we couldn't be happier. Pat and team were phenomenal to work with. They were patient and understood our budget and needs and offered many options. We are EXTREMELY satisfied with the team, the quality of the carpet, the pricing, the timing, and the professional installation. Great value! We've had a horrible experience with Murphy's. The quality of floor installation and staining is awful. They had to redo entire sections of our floors which delayed our move-in and we're still left with a bad outcome. Handrails have gobs of sealant on them, stain is blotchy in corners around the room, the color hardly matches between old and new floors, and we've got a footprint in our stain. Avoid this company.
We recently had a carpet replaced with LVP in one room. Our cat had decided that a few corners of said carpet made a great litter box, and the room was unbearable. We called Luna first, who gave us a ridiculously high estimate for a relatively small room, and friends of ours recommended Murphy’s. Murphy’s had better tiles for a much better price, AND their installers went and grabbed paint for the subfloor to cover the cat pee smell for us and didn’t charge us a penny extra for it. They are very competitive with their prices and will help bounce ideas to help you make the right decision for any house project.
