Not so good. I had wood floors put in a couple of rooms at my house. The guys who put in the floor were fine, but I didn't like my overall experience with the company at all. Now that the work is finished, they are charging me for things that according to the contract were included. In addition, they had me pay for an entire (unopened) box of wood flooring that wasn't needed.
Most Expensive Flooring In Town! Went to Denton store with wife, pleasant appearance, strange, slow service. Had to set appointment for walk-through at our home before pricing. Scheduled that for following week. Sales Lady cancelled first appointment, scheduled for following week. Took another week to receive quote. In the meantime, had time to call several other outlets to get numbers from them...Turns out "My Flooring...
