Had a great experience with MFA. Patrick Garley was our flooring specialist, and he sold us in 15 minutes flat. I like to select contractors as much for their presentation as their price, and Patrick sold us on the first in spades: wore a mask over nose and mouth the whole time, friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and real (not salesman-y). Had an overall great experience with this store. They walk you through the whole process from picking floors to install. If you prefer great customer service then go with this company. They answered all of my questions and were responsive through email, text, and phone through the process. Kamal was very helpful in getting everything set up and explaining everything well.
My flooring America was amazing from start to finish. Patrick is phenomenal. He started with us from the initial consultation all the way through until after installation.
