We had Nadine install over 3000 sq. ft. of flooring in our house (wood and tile). We could not be happier with the customer service, the install and the product itself! We were blown away by the quality of workmanship both teams brought to us. Our floors are amazing! Thanks to Kevin for talking us into the real hardwood. Perfect choice. We look forward to our next project that we will have done by Nadine as we know it will be done with quality and care.
They did a wonderful job. Everything went exactly as they had told us. They crew that came out and installed our flooring did a great job. Very professional. My new family room looks great with the high grade vinyl sheet I had installed. The dogs ruined my parque floor and this is a dream come true. It looks and feels like wood planks!!! This has been the best purchase I have made in a long time! Thank you Don and thank you Nadines!!!

Very poor customer service. I f you choose Nadine floors just hope you do not need service after the sale as it is non existent. Their strategy is to make it extremely difficult and frustrating for the customer in hopes they will just give up. That comes from the store General Manager on down the chain. I am regretting spending my hard earned money with them.
Went through Nadine floor and paid over $10,000 for these floors we got from them. They looked beautiful and was told they would never crack if something was dropped on them and would handle our large dogs going over them. Two days after the install the grout started coming out between the tiles. I called and had the guys who spoke no English come out 3 times to fix and each time it just made it worse. The grout is now coming up through out my house. I was told that it was because we did not let the grout settle for 24 hours... read more
