I started bringing my miniature, puppy Golden Doodle here while I ran errands in Panama City. He just received his finally vaccines which would make him 4 months. I always, always, always asked to keep him around other puppies his size (15lbs) and weight. They always assured me they put him in there with PUPPIES just like Finley! They need to be shut down. They neglect animals, allow animals to attack each other, and work deliberately and purposefully to hide their negligence when it’s addressed.

After seeing what a poor 4 month old puppy had to go through in the care of these people I would never trust them with your fur babies!
Why nobody doesn't spraypaint "Dog Abusers" all over your facility every morning at 5am is beyond me. This facility and each of its employees deserve everything that's about to come their way.
They allow puppies to be unsupervised and attacked by other dogs. Horrible place. When beloved dogs are injured with life-threatening injuries, they allow them to suffer while trying to cover up their abuse and neglect. Never leave your dog here!
I had a situation with my dog there. We would take her there to get groomed she is a big, loveable Golden Retriever. They would make us drop her off at 7 am, and they wouldn't be done until 4 pm. I thought the amount of time it took was crazy. That meant she was missing her breakfast and wouldn't be able to eat until they were done. The one and only time we left our dogs at NaJu we had to rush our dog to the emergency vet because he had a bladder infection so bad. Clearly he was never let out of his kennel and he doesn’t make accidents so he held it for hours and hours. With that in my mind and the other horror stories I’ve heard - I would NEVER recommend this place. Your fur babies deserve better.
When is enough enough Bay County? How many times do we have to see these stories of injured, sick, and fatal results from lack of care? Then to see pictures of a 4 month old puppy mauled and then to be told Naju staff put this poor bleeding, injured, traumatized baby in a SINK OF COLD WATER? My God, what will it take? SHUT THEM DOWN!
