I have seen multiple animals going straight to the veterinarian with fatal and nearly fatal issues. Recently a few dogs were left hospitalized and one deceased after being in their care. Do NOT leave your animals here!
Are people being bribed with incentives to leave good reviews, or are the bad ones being filtered somehow? Do not bring your dogs here! Fully vaccinated, they’ll still end up sick. Our boys are so incredibly sick after leaving here. We had to make an emergency vet appointment. One of our boys had to be put on 2 prescriptions and the other is now on 6 (after 2 emergency vet visits) and declining fast… I’m afraid we’re going to lose him. Boarded my lab for five days. Called everyday to see how he was doing. Told he was fine. Picked him up he was coughing and gagging in lobby assumed from pulling with the leash they put on his neck. After a day of travel and coughing and gagging called to ask them about it. They denied it happening while he was there. Have my pups staying at naju while away on vacation . Told them to add park adventure in for one of the days to let them get some play time . Was told I would be shown pics of my dogs , have not seen a single pic of my dog and when I ask about it I get the run around. I want to know my dogs are getting whah I paid for . Good afternoon, May we ask who your pups are? We aren't sure who you're hunting for/if they have gone to park just yet if you've only requested one certain day? As far as pre-bagging we know it can be a pain it's just allows us to confirm 100 percent we are giving the correct amount of food per feeding that you requested.
My lab came home with kennel cough and I’m certain she was not groomed like we had paid for. Otherwise she had a great stay.
I picked my dogs up after 7 days of being boarded. I was not impressed at all! My dogs all had baths before they came to their facility and when I picked them up they had urine stains on them (up their legs and to their back in) and smelled absolutely horrible! To the point one of our dogs is almost raw from it his skin is so red! Honestly I feel they could have been better taken care of especially in the care of them for 7 days! I won’t be back.
