I have been working with Next Step Floors for several years now. In the past the service, quality and communication have be great until now. We have an issue with the grout alongi the baseboards cracking in several places. I contacted the store and sent photos. Shon called me back to discuss. He went on to tell me because it was at baseboards it was a maintenance item because our house moves. ?? And went on to tell me just hire a handy man to fix it. I just completed a very high grade wood flooring repair project with Next Step Floors and they delivered an absolutely outstanding service. Clean, on time, excellent communication, and very skilled repair/installation. I look forward to working with them on future projects and would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of flooring installation or repair.
We had a total rebuild at our house. Sabrina was a great help with the selection of my porcelain plank tile throughout our house, the carpeting in the bedrooms, and the ceramic tile in the bathrooms. The showers look amazing! The patterns, colors and grout are totally awesome. There were a few places the install guys missed the mark, but they were quick to resolve the issues. We had Javier from Next Step Floors tile our son’s master bathroom and guest bathroom. He did a very nice job. His work was exceptional. He was very conscientious about his work. He was also very neat. He was a diligent worker. We would gladly recommend him for his good work and his neatness. We also had Carlos and his assistant install new carpet in my son, Shawn Dow’s condo. They did a very nice job. They were professional and neat and installed the carpet to our satisfaction. We just had our entire house re-done with new tile and carpet. What a project when you have lived in the same house for 20 years. We put it off for several years knowing it would be such a hassle. Next Step Floors made this experience so much better than we ever imagined. The installers were professional, meticulous and very quick. We had lots of tile that needed to be removed which was completely removed in one day, also the way they cut around the base board corners were like artists.
