We had the worst experience with Len at the West Kelowna store. We went on holidays and were assured they would lay the carpet in a condo we owned while we were away for a month. We provided a set of keys and let the property manager know that Nufloors would be doing an installation for us. Came home to nothing done and they never contacted us. They send out a guy who only works with tiles to lay down some hardwood. He glued every singel piece down and the whole floor was uneven. So they took it out...together with the plywood...you can emagine what I think...
