I'm so disappointed in this company. We were referred to them as a preferred provider through our insurance company. Our whole upstairs wood flooring had to be replaced due to water damage. We are happy with the way the floors came out but the customer service has been less than satisfactory. During the installation of the floor, we were asked to move to a hotel, which we did.
