Excellent experience. Travis will quickly and accurately measure your home and then provide expert advice on carpet selection and different options. No pressure sales, just genuine recommendations from very knowledgeable staff. Installation team was quick, clean, and professional and finished over 1100 sqft of carpet in one day. All this and price comparable to the big box stores.
After 22 years, I came back to them for flooring! Travis and John worked with me, more so Travis. I feel he was professional, polite and feel like I've known him forever. He was very easy to work with. Also, one if the floors got done. Leo and Fabio could not have been any more perfect, loved them! Thanks to Stephanie for setting up the install. We had looked around and didn't get a welcome feeling from Home Depot or Lowe's, and they were very highly priced. Empire was very pushy and high priced as well. We called Carpet One, and Travis Adams came out, and was very down to earth, was very informative and knowledgeable. We felt very confident about choosing them after talking with Travis. I give them 1 star because I don’t know what their service is like. They won’t call me back to schedule for a carpet repair. I have left two VM’s with Robert in the repair/claims department and he has yet to call me back so I assume they do not want my business.
