Editorial review from Citysearch Beware. Pleasant experience upfront in the selling process. However, as others have metioned below, frustrating experience / unwillingness to help / poor service & poor communication during the install process when issues arose. Once they have your money, they don't care.
Do not buy carpet at palmetto carpet Beware of buying carpet at Palmetta carpet. Everyone is so helpful when you are buying but the minute it is installed, you are on your own. After countless phone calls and after doing everything they told me to do, they said SORRY, we can't do anything. I requested that the Manager or Owner call me , but guess what no luck, they didn even have the decency to call me. If you need carpet, find another place besides Palmetta Carpet. They don't want your business.
Palmetto has carpet but no service Palmetto carpet in mt. Pleasant has friendly, efficient sales people in the store but if you ever have a problem, GOOD LUCK HAVING IT RESOLVED! If you do manage to get service, beware - the solution may end up being worse than the original problem. NOT WORTH IT!!
Do not use this company After having a flooding incident in our house, this company ""refinished"" all of our wood floors. However, it does not seem like the floors were completely finished and the kitchen floor which was not damaged, is ruined. Also, they measured the vinyl wrong in the bathroom and placed the wrong depth so the closet doors will not fit. We were so desperate to get back in our house after 2 weeks, we went ahead back in...we should not have done this. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Beware! Co... read more
