I would not recommend this place. I chose one of their in-stock products and the installer did a horrible job. Carpet was loose and shifts when you walk on it, tacs rip up your feet if walking around the house with no shoes and he left messy glued seams and broken transitions. I was told someone would be out to fix it Monday and now it has been pushed to Friday. This is very frustrating as the home is on the market to be sold and the carpet does not look very good. UPDATE - Sadly, we have to update our review.... We are not happy with the performance of the carpet. It has only been installed 9 months and is fraying and matting. It looks like it is years old. We don't wear shoes in the house. We went thru the process of warranty claim and were denied by the manufacturer, stating it didn't fail enough. We are now waiting to hear how Carpet One will make it right. This has been a long process. We will continue to update our review as we progress. Due to a negligent sub-contractor used by Panhandle Carpet One, my vinyl planking was installed incorrectly and began to shift and lift over time. It came with a life-time install warranty which does me no good when I keep getting blown off by the owner and staff who won't return my calls, emails, or show up to scheduled appointments. I've been trying to resolve this issue for 6 months. They sent someone out to "fix" it a few months ago with no supplies and subsequently my flooring has been held down with duct tape ever sinc... read more
