We're working with Wayne, at Piedmont, and he is doing a really wonderful job of helping us find good flooring choices which are within our allowance (for a new build). We have specific color and taste preferences and he remembers all these details and if something we pick out is too expensive, after working out all the costs for us, we have been able to work together with him as he finds other choices for us.
