Today, I purposely called ahead to make sure the store carried a product. (so I wasn't taking 2 kids in and out of stores looking for it). When I called I said specifically what I needed, they indicated they had it and gave me price. when I got there, they did not carry the product, nor anything even close. so, phone call made and still wasted my time!
Stopped in there this week to get a few sheets of half inch AC plywood and told the cashier that I needed for sheets of AC plywood got out to the yard the guy told me that she gave me CDX so I went back in no big deal and the manager was at the register and I told them I had to return itand get the right stuff and it was a different cashier there I explained that I wanted AC plywood not CDX which is a better quality plywood for what I was doing Matt told me that they were the same thing and they were out of AC they are not t... read more
