Poorly operated
Clean store. No Military/Veteran discount. If they don't appreciate the Military or Veterans, they don't deserve my business.
Will never use PT again to purchase a Speed Queen washing machine. Failed to tell us that plastic drain hose will bang against back of machine unless insulated or tied to a clip Sales staff were very cavalier about our concern. No compensation given. Now we are stuck w/ a washing machine we do not like. So much for home town pride and customer service.
