I went to this new business because I was told the owner is a great contractor and an honest man. That was enough for me to walk in and take a look. Theresa (the manager) is very friendly and knowledgeable on all her products. Not knowing what type of floor I wanted she patiently walked me through all my questions and gave me many samples to take home to help in my decision. When John came to my home to give me a bid I found him to be just as friendly and an expert at what he does. He walked me through, explaining the entire process of removing the old floor and installing the new. While I waited for my product to come in I decided to paint some areas to be as new as my floor. I went back in to the store (they sell paint too) and Jacob helped me decide on the best paint to do my job. Very easy and that is what I like. They started the job on Monday and mid week I met Jerry the owner. It was his reputation that brought me in to start with. He lived up to what I had been told. We had some unexpected issues, BUT he took care of them. Jerry and John have gone above and beyond to make sure that I am satisfied. Customer service is the best!

I bought a luxury vinyl plank floor. Premier Flooring was very accommodating and helpful during the selection process. I was able to take samples home on multiple occasions to help with my choice. Upon my selection they were quick in ordering and scheduling installation. The after installation service has been awesome. Premier Flooring went out of their way to make sure I was completely satisfied. They delivered more than I expected. I highly recommend them. What a great addition to the local business community.
