My family used ProSource Phoenix for a bathroom remodel on two separate instances. Both times the wrong tile was packaged in the wrong boxes. We've asked for assistance to facilitate a return/exchange, but our sales rep Bernie Trejo said our order was beyond 30 day return policy. A policy by the way which is non-existent on any of their paperwork. The owner promised to look into the matter three weeks ago, however we're still waiting for a response. I'd suggest staying away from this business until further notice.
12/20: I'm revising my review up to three stars. ProSource finally reached out to us and took responsibility for the error in the tiles. They then paid for the repairs. Of course had we not complained none of the above would have happened so buyer beware. The squeaky wheel gets the oil.
