My family used ProSource Phoenix for a bathroom remodel on two separate instances. Both times the wrong tile was packaged in the wrong boxes. We've asked for assistance to facilitate a return/exchange, but our sales rep Bernie Trejo said our order was beyond 30 day return policy. A policy by the way which is non-existent on any of their paperwork. The owner promised to look into the matter three weeks ago, however we're still waiting for a response.
