Needed new frig on a Saturday night. Salesperson in appliance department was very helpful and we were able to secure a new frig quite quickly. Completing purchase with credit department was a completely different experience. Too few staff at credit department with long lines waiting for assistance. Young staff member was very, very inexperienced (kept asking other staff member for assistance, or kept calling hope office for assistance). dont count on a delevery time they wher only 2 days late with are cabinet thats 2 days off work waiting for them
