LVP floors done in Dec 2019 , planks are lifting in multiple locations . Sent numerous messages to them but no response . Didnt seem to leave room for expansion and since this is their business , they should know better . Would never recommend them . They never even reached out after our whole remodel was done . Got the money and basically was done with us !! We are also stuck with 2 extra boxes of planks they had us over buy but I guess we will need them now .

I bought flooring for my home, I was told I needed to buy 10% more than I Actually needed, which I did, then the sales person said to me they DO NOT BUY BACK, I said ok not knowing that these people over sell their product, and with their no REFUND policies in place the only person out of money is the customer in my case I have 5 and 3/4 boxes of flooring in my home with nothing to do with I was told by the salesman to sell it on eBay HOW SAD.When other store's in the area takes back Access material I WISH I HAD READ BBB rep... read more

We ordered our kitchen cabinets here and there was some damage upon receipt (which isn't the store's fault but the employee that sold me the cabinets ensured me they would replace or fix anything that arrived damaged), after a year of back and forth and dealing with multiple employees (since they kept leaving the company), last lady sent us the cabinet reps information and told us we had to deal with them directly and refused to help or respond to my emails. When we went looking for new flooring for 4 rooms in our condo we wanted to try someone local. Sometimes that's a good thing and sometimes it's not. In the case of ***** ****** in Stuart, it's definitely NOT. If you've read the reviews make sure you look past the fake 5 star reviews for the negative ones because they tell the true story. Awful. i placed an order with the "manager" ***** after he called to get delivery times which worked with my contractors. Order placed no problem, polite and helpful although not exactly a happy person. so delivery was supposed to be monday, i could collect from their warehouse. However, monday came and went, so did tuesday and wednesday. so i called weds at 16.00 (thursday was thanksgiving) and was told it is what it is, nothing they can do and its a holiday week. i explained that's not good enough as i have contractors wai... read more
