The staff there is very pleasant, informative and helpful.
I was greeted at the door with a kind smile & "How can I help you?" I told him what I needed to get & he immediately got Francis to help me. When I had chosen my sofa, Francis walked me to customer service,introduced me to Anna so I could pay. She was friendly, cheerful, engaged in conversation with me...I felt as tho I was speaking with a friend. She answered all my ?'s with such a kind attitude. Very rare in this time of "I can't be bothered attitude from so many places.
I have been pleased with the customer service at RC Wiley. I have made several purchases there during my years in Utah valley.

Always find what I’m looking for! The staff are exceptional and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. If there’s ever a problem (not often) it’s addressed in a timely manner and resolved. It’s my go-to store.
