I have been a customer of RC Willey for many, many years. They sell very good products and if something goes wrong they make it right. Sales personnel are honest and considerate. Good prices. I read one review from a customer who was not happy having one furniture store to shop for products. That is not true. There are choices people just have to do their research and cost compare. I for one appreciate RC Willey and their honesty in selling to me as a consumer.

The pick up service group is amazing. Starting with the front office person and the manager in pick up and the workers to deliver to my car. They were sweet, helped me with my questions. They were amazing!!!

The furniture salespeople seem to be knowledgeable. The vacuum salespeople were young and totally ignorant. RC Willey lost a sale from us because because of their useless salespeople. We have also had trouble twice with delivery people. There aren’t many furniture options in Boise so it is disappointing to have to overlook the weakness’s.
