My husband and I a purchased new electric chair. The delivery was great. I loved the delivery new tracking system. The 2 men crew was great and nice young men. The crew arrived on time and the whole process went smooth. I have purchased a number of items from R.C. Willey and have always been pleased with the store furniture and service. Thank you R..C. Bought a new GE French door ***************** stopped working the next day; after my husband got home he found everything melted in the **************** was warm so we threw it all out. He called *************** & had a new replacement in 2 days. It seems the first one was missing a relay plug. They also gave me a refund as the new door was scratched. Thats why we buy from them, they still have customer service & support

R C Willey was so helpful, reliable and competitively priced. I had a terrible experience with ************ delivery service, to the point I cancelled my order and turned around and bout the exact same product from RCWilley. It cost a little bit less, and the staff was friendly and competent. The communication was exceptionally good.

My husband and I went to ************ RC Willey on Sat Aug 18 and were pleasantly surprised. The store is amazing and the customer service representative who assisted us (********) was fantastic. She didnt try to up sell us or pressure. And really went out of her way to accommodate us. I highly recommend RC ***** for all your furniture needs. ************
