I have been shopping at R.C. Willey for 10 years. I have always had a positive experience with them. I have furnished my entire home from them, and would highly recommend them to any of my friends or family!
An average company to work for. Their showrooms are nice to look at but they aren't the best I've seen as far as customer service or employment, they have a another side to them that a lot of people don't know about. And Warren Buffet is a fake; he may own the company but he doesn't have a staff working for him. I have used them in 2 different states and when I broke a piece on my bedroom set that I bought in Utah, I went to the store in Vegas and they were able to get me the replacement piece in no time. I really love the outlet center!
I've shopped with R.C. Willey "off and on" for years. I can't believe some of the comments here, they're very unfortunate, but I've always recieved exemplary service from any of this companies' stores. Thier selection is excellent, from budget stuff to higher end, both furniture and electronics. Any issues I've had have been minor and they've always gone the extra mile to fix them to my satisfaction. I'll continue shopping at R.C. Willey for years to come, I'm so glad they opened stores in Las Vegas!
The sales staff seems knowledgeable. Sometimes I research products on the internet first and then go to R.C. Willey and ask the associate about that particular product. This way I find out if they really know what they are talking about. Not the best place to go if you are just browsing because of all the people that approach you in each department. Good selection. Can find competitive prices occassionally.
I have dealt with RC Willey in several cities in 3 different states, and always had a better than expected experience. While product quality will vary according to brand same as anywhere else, RCW has bent over backwards to work with me on the 2 occasions that I had any trouble. When I got married, I bought my first mattress at the RC Willey Clearance Center in Provo for only $400. It was such a good deal for a brand new queen size pillow top. It was half the price Sears wanted for their old floor model!
