We have a 20 year history with Bruce. When we had pipes burst we hired a contractor and made sure we were using Red Baron- what a mistake. We selected the Carpet for our upstairs with the help of Bruce. You cannot believe the deplorable job we encountered when we moved back in. There are wrinkles and puckers and seams all over. Bruce decided to put two seams right next to each other in the hall (to save cost even though this was an insurance situation). Very sad to see Bruce when an installation doesn’t go well.
