We were preparing a relatives older home to be put on the market. Selection of vinyl plank flooring for informal areas and carpet in formal areas was easy due to the large selection of products at Rite Rug. Installation went fairly well though Rite Rug uses a lot of barely non English speaking installers. Communication was difficult even though the company sends at least one installer who does speak very broken English to guide the others. Repairs after a water repair can be immensely stressful! After endlessly searching for a match to our wood laminate flooring, I contacted RiteRug for an appointment. Kevin W****had visited us to help choose something similar to what we had or recommend us redoing the entire floor. Our realtor recommended Rite Rug to us. We needed to replace carpet for the home we were selling. Kevin W***** came to the house with samples and helped up to pick out a great carpet. He was very professional and friendly. Kevin kept us informed of the back order on the carpet and when it would be available for installation. I set up an in home consult with Rite Rug online. Kevin W****t arrived on time and was so professional. He answered all my questions and left me with a quote. I had another company later the same day. They were late and the consult was unprofessional and was poorly done. Rite Rug's quote was so much lower, so I chose Rite Rug.
