We were looking to have our carpet removed from all bedrooms and replaced with LVP. Kevin Wright came out and showed us some options, took measurements, and got us information on pricing. My review is actually 4.5 stars. Kevin W***** was very informative and knowledgeable on the carpets available from Rite Rug and the installation process. He was very timely with his responses to our questions. We have a medium size condo with a lot of furniture and big furniture. The installers worked well through these challenges and did a great job. A shout out to Orlando and his other two installers. Really appreciate them.

We met Kevin W***** at the Columbus Garden Show, as soon as we walked into Rite Rug's display. He was wonderful. We made an appointment for him to come out to our home for a consultation. From start to finish the service he provided was absolutely amazing. I will highly recommend Kevin W***** and Rite Rug to all my friends and family. Thank you Kevin

Kudos on customer service, installation and follow up. Worked with an amazing team which included Kelly *****in customer service support and Chris ******’s at the Gahanna/New Albany store to fix an issue with the first installation of flooring from another store. They worked together to get the right flooring for our home. In addition the installation team and support from Greg was top notch service. Rite Rug installed laminate flooring in my condo in June of 2020 before we moved in. They did a great job including removing the old carpet & tile & we loved it. Unfortunately, after three years my office chair wheels nicked one of the planks & was starting to loosen others surrounding it. I called them in December 2023 re the problem. Joanne Scott was very helpful & nice. She told me they recommend a tempered glass chair mat for my office chair for laminate flooring to mitigate damage. Requesting and obtaining an appointment was easy. I got the same day I selected and had an estimate by the end of the day. Kevin W***** was the representative assigned to me and he came to my house that day. Kevin was absolutely wonderful to work with. Kelly P****, Earnest from Broad Street Store and Urban were wonderful to work with. The three worked together and continued to keep us informed; to be sure we were satisfied. Urban did an amazing job repairing our flooring. Other installers said the issue could not be fixed. These three individuals focused on our satisfaction.
