beware of paying in full for work. There is a reason they ask for payment in advance to work being completed. Had a simple rental property done and their hispanic installers did a crappy job. please see photos. they put a seam in a 3’ wide hallway and a seam in a 11’ wide bed room. Take a look at the photos below. 3 seams in less than a 5’ conjoining bedroom and hall. Follow up service is even worse. Great overall process from start to finish. Matt did a great job going through everything and was extremely thorough in his walk. The install team was fast, over 2400 square feet of carpet done in less than a full day!
One star because zero stars wasn't an option. Everything was fine until it came to installation. Every single newly-painted baseboard in our house had multiple large chunks taken out. Large enough to be beyond "repair." The installation crew also shattered our hallway ceiling light fixture and just didn't say anything before leaving. After contacting RiteRug, it took weeks for anyone to come out and inspect the damage, then a few more days before we received a phone call saying that all of the damage was "within the means" o... read more
Sales person at Rite Rug was very knowledgeable & patient, & helped us select flooring within our budget. We are very pleased with our floor. Unfortunately we ordered trim that we ended up not needing, but were unaware trim is considered special order and are subject to a restocking fee of 25%.
The salesman at the store was great. His name is Matt. He went over and beyond to help out. The guys who laid the carpet were nice. I was a bit nervous because there were about 6-8 men that didn’t speak English and didn’t have a badge or anything representing rite rug. They did a good job though and it took about 6 hrs for my entire upstairs and steps.
