Our salesman Bruce P*** was very helpful and timely in getting our quote completed. We extended our hardwood into our family room to complete the first floor in hard wood. Our installer Ervin and his crew were fantastic! Ervin did an amazing job interweaving the old and new hardwood so that there was no transition piece. The results were amazing! We had Riterug come to our home. Our salesman Kevin W***** was excellent. He brought samples and measured everything in one visit. He was able to order and set up the installation in 8 days!!!! Our installation crew called in advance and showed up on time. They were very professional and got the job done quickly.
I just want to thank Kevin in In Home Shopping. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I also want to thank Jesse from *** ****** ********and his crew for doing repair work before the carpets and flooring were installed.
